U2 Tour Dates – How it will go down!
February 17, 2009
U2 tickets are set to sell like mad when the Irish superstars hit Europe for a major stadium tour in summer 2009. The greatest living Rock band are set to sell out the biggest stadiums across Europe and the USA in the coming year, including 3 nights of glory at Croke Park in July, the icing on the cake of the U2 schedule.
U2 2009 tickets are expected to sell out completely – immediately – following the U2 tour announcement in March 2009.
The latest U2 album, No Line On The Horizon, will be released that month and smash single “Get On Your Boots” hitting Number One in Ireland is a surefire indicator that U2 concert tickets are gonna be “gonecert” tickets in no time at all! This U2 tour will ignite late June with two sensational concerts at Barcelona’s Nou Camp stadium, the biggest in Europe.
Following that, the band heads to Paris for two huge dates at the Stade de France, and on to Nice for some fun in the sun.
U2 concerts in Germany and Holland follow, and then it’s on to Britain, with Wembley Stadium, the Millennium Stadium in Cardiff and Manchester City’s ground, the City Of Manchester Stadium, to be played in August.
Following all that excitement, the band are then set to hit the USA for the first time in 12 years, playing the biggest and the best stadiums across America, including New York, California and Chicago. It’s great to see Bono and Adam Clayton and the rest confident they can once more conquer the world with their unique blend of Rock and 80s Pop – a sound which has often been imitated but never mastered by other bands. Grab a U2 concert schedule and plan your U2 tour tickets purchase now – because this is the bigest news to hit worldwide music in years!
